Training Run
Perfect applications are the first step towards a great training place. Stricker supports prospective trainees with expert tips as part of the training run.
The training run is an initiative by the buw concern. In co-operation with regional partner companies such as Stricker, prospective trainees are given the chance to make their application even more successful. Professionals from the actual working world check application documents and give tips on improving them.
Prospective trainees can apply singly or as a whole class. The school with the most participants wins €1,000 for class funds and an assessment centre for approx. 30 persons.
The eight best individual training run participants are also invited to attend an assessment centre, where they receive comprehensive feedback and valuable advice from the experts. The winner of this assessment centre also receives €1,000.
